According to IMDB, these are the goofs :
-Miscellaneous: When Rocky and Tum Tum are fighting the bikers, Tum Tum's hat is knocked off, but reappears on his head a second later
-Revealing mistakes: When Rocky, Colt, and Tum Tum are in the car with Rocky driving, Colt tells Rocky to look out for the big rock (which is in one piece), but after they pass the rock, it is split in half.
And these are the goofs I found :
*When the boys come back from spying (with the ice cream car), Chad Power made a mistake : he wanted to jump too early, so we can see he did a move with his leg.
*When Jack says : « Don’t push it, now » to Charlie, he doesn't have his cigarette. After, the camera sees Charlie. A second later, the camera moves to Jack, and he has his cigarette.
*When Rocky and Tum Tum are fighting the bikers, Rocky trows a chair to a man. The man puts it on his left. After, we see Rocky kicking him, and the man falls on the chair. (It doesn't work, becuase the chair wasn't behind him!)

While watching this movie, I've found some interesting stuff! They are associated with the pictures. I hope you will credit me if you use them, because these are my own screencaps ;)
In this picture, you can see that Max has a scar on his right arm. (hehe)
*You can differentiate Max Elliott Slade from his stunt double : On max's jeans (when he says "Try the ladder, moron!") there is a little blue triangle (on his right buttock, hehe) and his stunt double doesn't have a triangle. But, sometimes (lol) Max doesn't have the same jeans. I think he changed while filming.
*I don't know what happened with this film. You don't understand what I mean? I THINK they re-shooted some scenes like the one when Rocky and Tum Tum are in that fight scene with the Juke Box. Michael's (Rocky) voice has changed, and you can see that he has braces.
Like the two morning scenes, when their grandfather does his tests on them when they first wake up.
In the beginning, Max is taller than Michael and in the end Michael is much taller than Max. It looks like he's gone through puberty during the movie.

Something funny : You can see that Colt has different shoes when he fights on the top of the 'saloon' and when he goes down the ladder... well, around this scene, when the 3 ninjas are in the old 'town' (if we can call it a town...)

Director's cut:in the beginning the movie doesn't quite start the way we see it,the movie begins with a cartoon about ninjas and tum tum is telling us all the cool things they can do like walk up hill sides on their knuckles,and catch flies with chop sticks also run across water on boards,but when the camera comes out of the cartoon we see that it actually a comic book tum tum and colt are looking at and the boys are in the car on their way to grandpas cabin but rocky is the one holding the steering wheel while grandpa chows down on some m&m's
Tum:hey grandpa,can ninjas really do all this stuff?
Grandpa:sure tum tum
Tum:even catch flies with chop sticks
Grandpa:yup we catch them(examples with his fingers)and eat them like this-(shoves some candy in his mouth)
Colt/Tum:eew gross hahaha
N:next thing they know a cop car is driving up the road with it's siren on and rocky tears his hand off the steering wheel and grandpa crabs on as the cops come up
Colt:haha busted!
N:and that is where our shot comes in (Tum:but wait!wait!that's not all.Colt:will you cut it out!Rocky:will both of you cut it out they're waiting.Tum:okay the beginning wasn't the only part that was cut here's another part with Jo)
N:the guys are putting on war paint and tum tum gets his adjusted by colt

N:rocky and colt ran over to jo and look at her

N:they shake their heads in disbleif disagreeing and they go outside and snag their bikes but as they ride up a little jo stops
Jo:wait!I wanna stop by some where before we go
N:and the scene opens up to a teehpeeh and the guys are inside with the woman that was sitting in the flowers with rocky she is waving smoke to their faces and talking lowly in indian.then she pulls out four necklaces and places them over the smoke then holds them in her hands
Woman:if you must go than go you must,you have my blessings and may the great spirit watch over you all(placing them down infront of her)these were worn by our great warriors of the past

Woman:their spirits are still in them

N:tum found a spoon that was smuthered in jalapano peppers but didn't notice and when he stuck it in the bowl to taste some soup
Tum:(jumps up and down fanning his mouth)water!water!
N:jo was laughing at him and rocky and colt were watching him jump back and fourth
Colt:finally something tum tum can't eat
N:everyone starts to laugh and it goes back to normal film with them limbing the side of the building to save her father
(Colt:well those are the cuts from knuckle up and the sounds for that will be put up sometime after the site is finished sorry,but I'm on my way to the set of kick back to tell you the ones from that movie see ya)
Rocky : What do you think, huh?
Tum Tum : Yeah, what do you think?
Colt : Shut up Tum, he just said that!
Tum Tum : Shut up spaz!
Jo : Okay guys stop it!
