Jennifer is Rocky's love interest in the fourth movie in the 3 Ninjas saga: 3 Ninjas: High Noon at Mega Mountain. At first sight, you could mistake her for a blond prepette. It doesn't take too long, though to realise that she's much cooler than that. She doesn't fall for corny lines that some guys try to feed her, and she likes Rocky, so at the very least she has good taste. ;)
